After an injury or illness that requires rehabilitation, it can be difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Many people imagine the life they had before was gone, and that they will no longer be able to participate in or enjoy the things they once loved. But as everyone at Magee knows, that is simply not true. At Magee, our motto is Believe in a Way Back – and all our patients and former patients are examples of this motto in action.
Magee invited all patients and former patients to share photos of themselves engaging in activities they never thought they would be able to do again after their illness or injury for the first Believe in a Way Back Photo Contest. And the response was incredible!
The coolest part? YOU choose the winner! The contest takes place on Facebook – to vote for a photo, simply “like” it. The 8 photos with the most votes at noon on July 8 will move on to Round 2. At the end of 4 rounds, a winner and runner-up will be crowned – be sure to check in for updates!
