Today’s Wall Street Journal includes a story on former Magee patient Suria Nordin and her husband, Kirby Smith. You might remember Suria and Kirby as the couple who got married on Magee’s rooftop last year. The Wall Street Jounral story, A Couple’s Most Difficult Challenge, chronicles the highs and lows of their journey since then. One of the highs: Kirby started SunKirb to design smart home and workplace solutions for people with disabilities, with the knowledge he gained after renovating his home to accommodate Suria.
