On August 12-14 ,Magee Rehabilitation Hospital hosted its annual wheelchair tennis tournament at Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club. It was a great event with many smiles but also competitiveness from the players. Thankfully, the tournament was held indoors; everyone was happy to get out of the summer heat!
There were a total of 18 players in the tournament, and all participated in singles and doubles. Three members of the Magee Freedoms wheelchair tennis team played in the tournament, pictured below.
