Diane Tomarchio

Diane Tomarchio is one of our original wellness members! She has been coming to Magee for about 20 years and at one point her daughter Alana, was a Locomotor Aide here. She was diagnosed with the condition Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) at Penn Hospital.
Magee is where Diane decided to continue rehabilitation to aide in living an independent lifestyle and utilizing the wellness gym to maintain physical fitness. The equipment she enjoys using are the NuStep, Total Gym, Equalizer and the mats for free weights. Also, she participates in the yoga class!
We always know when Diane is here because she joyfully asks everyone “How ya doin?”, bringing in her South Philly charm!
