Corporate Compliance

Compliance is a team effort and is at the core of how we operate.

Magee Rehabilitation Hospital is dedicated to maintaining excellence and integrity in all aspects of our operations and professional and business conduct. Accordingly, Magee is committed to conformance with high ethical standards and compliance with all governing laws and regulations not only in the delivery of healthcare but in its business affairs and its dealings with employees, administrative staff, physicians, agents, payers and the communities we serve.

It is the personal responsibility of all who are associated with us to honor this commitment in accordance with the terms of the Magee Code of Conduct, and related policies, procedures and standards in connection with the Magee Corporate Compliance Program.

Compliance is here to help you “do the right thing.” Use the Compliance Staff Directory to find a professional who can assist with all of your compliance-related needs. Reporting Possible Code of Conduct Violations

You do not have to be sure that you are right to raise concerns about potential violations of the Code, Jefferson’s policies, laws, or regulations. Jefferson will investigate all good faith reports of possible misconduct.

Employees can ask questions or report issues to their immediate supervisor, higher-level department managers or leaders, human resources, the office of legal counsel or the compliance office.

Additionally, anyone can anonymously and confidentially report concerns by using Jefferson’s third-party 24/7 alert line at 1-833-ONE-CODE (833-663-2633) or My Compliance Report.
