Patients in the hospital often miss the comforts of home. That is why Magee’s concierge staff and guest relations representatives, just like the staff at any fine hotel, work diligently to make both patients and their families comfortable. Magee’s guest relations team will exceed your expectations by doing whatever it takes to bring the comforts of home to the hospital.
The guest relations staff is dedicated to fulfilling patients’ needs and acting as liaisons to any other departments and services within the hospital and in the greater community. They will help you find anything, anytime, anywhere. The guest relations team is often expected to achieve the impossible, and we do every day.
The guest relations representatives and concierge team provide support for many of the non-clinical needs of a patient and their family. This team is able to help with notary services, coordinating family gatherings and planning weekly patient activities.
Hours and Contact Information
Concierge service hours are Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM –7:00 PM. Please call us for in-room complimentary delivery service of newspapers, magazines and morning coffee, as well as movies and personal TV/DVD players. Weekend services are available upon request.
