Liane Sher, MD
Liane Sher, MD earned her BS in Zoology from University of Michigan and was Phi Beta Kappa. Following graduation, Dr. Sher attended West Virginia University School of Medicine where she received her medical degree. She completed her residency at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Sher is certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a subspecialty board certification in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine.
Dr. Sher is a member of the American Medical Association, American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Sher’s interests are focused on electromyography (EMG), geriatric, neuromuscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and she enjoys helping people reach their highest possible functional levels. She provides consultative services at Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia.
